if they are age restrictions then there are, i find it strange that you can compete at 16 vs men but still be considered a junior til 19

Its if their ability exceeds their age, some people are early starters.............*****g a 17 year old Khan in with your average amateur teenagers who have been a mismatch, it was better for him to fight at seniors.

I have'nt even read any of the replies in this thread, but all I got to say is stop trying to claim that hatton has any chance against FLOYD. Floyd will dismantle the "hitman" on his worst day. He will truly expose this raw kid as a would have been. Floyd is at the top of his game and should not even be mentioned in the same breath as hatton. Floyd should fight the big names in the division: Mosley, DLH, Vargas, Winky, even Trinidad....he will dominate all of them, true skills = THE TRUTH, PRETTY BOY FLOYD MAYWEATHER!
