litzau isnt great, but at 130 he was in the top 10 when broner beat him. its true. whether u agree or not, the weight is very weak.

This guy is just a clown, he hasn't done shit and he talks like he's a big deal. He has skills, but he ain't the next Floyd Mayweather and with I attitude I seriously doubt he's improving as much as he could if he realized that he still has major flaws.

He shouldn't count out Eloy, just look at what happened to Cloud already thinking of challenging Hopkins and he lost against Campillo.

Oh and for the record he already lost to Ponce de Leon.

Why are there no humble african american fighters? They all want to be like Floyd. it's annoying.

but bro (and good debate BTW) it's the same scenario Berto was in when he fought his own Rodriguez for the belt. I had the pleasure of interviewing him after he won the belt and when everyone was saying he was gifted the belt at a time when it was vacant by getting a soft touch in Rodriguez

he brought up a point that I agreed to in that he cannot help the opponent he faced and that it's not like you refuse a title shot because you don't feel like you've earned it yet.

I told him while I agree I also do agree that it is in everyone knowledgeable in the sport to criticize this because it's the perception that he was handed a belt by facing someone no one literally had heard of for a belt that is one of the 4 major belts everyone vies for

same applies to Broner. While he doesn't control who he fights he also must realize that he is indeed open to criticism because of who he faces. Rodriguez was an unworthy challenger for the belt and for them to fight for it was Haymon handing him the belt. Not his fault BUT it is his burden

but you kind of contradict yourself in saying that Litzau is a fighter of note then add that the division is very weak at the moment. If he indeed was top ten (which I don't dispute) that says more about the desperation of putting a guy with two smoke screen wins (Juarez was coming on before the cut and Caballero was grossly out of shape) in the top ten

i dont think thats really fair at all. so what u think it would have been better that he didnt fight for the belt??? esp since he went outta his way to make it a legit fight. either way, i agree, good debate.

but then it becomes a case of u fight whos available to u, unless ur saying he wont get any credit for most of his top 10 wins in the division. if u have a top 10 win in the division, it shouldnt be criticized because the division is weak. u fight who is available to u, hes clearly the 2nd best fighter in the division imo. and chances are perez is probably the 3rd or 4th from what ive seen. if he aint fighting uchiyama, he wont be getting any credit i see. perhaps if he would have beaten solis, ppl wouldnt be hating.

How can you say its the same as Berto who cherry picked fighters for years? Broner seems like the opposite of Berto to me.

Berto even fought the Ortiz rematch, he wanted to fight Randal Bailey, but HBO balked and forced him to fight Ortiz.
                    this isnt true.

AKA GOT A GIFT OVER Ponce De Leon......
He hasn't beat anyone worth mentioning. He lost to Ponce, his best win is Litzau. He is his own biggest fan. He loses to Gamboa for sure. I think Uchiyma and Burgos probably beat him too.
