How to find a good gym in Seattle???!?!?

I really need some help I look everywhere on the internet and there are no real boxing gyms around here that I can find maybe some long time boxing fans and experts can help me out with finding one! A good one I want to fight.

I don't know of any real boxing gyms in seattle either, mostly a combination of mma/kickboxing/boxing.

There's Credit Boxing Gym in Skyway, and Bumble Bee Boxing Club in Rainer. Both ran by Black trainers. The main man down at Bumble Bee trained under Futch.

Then they also have Sea Mar Boxing Club in the South Park neighborhood if you want to learn how to fight Mexican style.

These are real no **** gyms located in the hood. Cappy is expensive as hell.

If you live in the white boy North Seattle area, there's also the Uppercut Boxing Gym.

Depends what you're looking for.

Cappys (Capital Hill) Most famous boxing gym in seattle. most classes are just fitness now. actual boxing lessons are at night but they do have an ameteur team. Queen Underwood's from here and she's trying to make it to the olympics. Expensive as hell. ranging from 126-150

Seattle Boxing Studio (Capital Hill): Opened up within the last few years. New Head Trainer is an amateur boxer. fitness and lessons. nice little underground gym. expensive though. ranging from 125-150. I think they're trying to compete with Cappys

Azteca Boxing Club (Renton): has amateur champs, a few pro's, a real boxing gym. no "boxing style" fitness classes here. I go here once in awhile. Walter Wright from the Contender trains here with his own trainer every so often. $70 month unlimited.

Bumblee Boxing (Seattle, the 'hood part, lol): No nonsense, straight boxing lessons. talk back to the trainer 200 pushups. forget equipment, 300 pushups etc etc. $50 i think. Trainer at Seattle boxing Studio is from this gym. Head trainer "bumble bee" trained under Eddie Futch.

Credit Boxing: a much smaller gym and trains out of a Judo studio. located in Renton

Ballard Barbell and Boxing Club: A new gym that has boxing and crossfit

There are a few others that are mixed with MMA etc. but the ones I mentioned are the ones that I know are just boxing (within Seattle)

I think Robert Shannon is the trainer at MatChess MMA now in Ballard I think.

I swear credit boxing guy looked liked it the boxing went down in the garage area. Azteca might be a good one to check out I think there only open from 5pm-9pm

Cappy's is the gym I always hear about when I ask around town. Another vote for starting there.

Al davis in tacoma has one. They have a couple of rings that are on really good shape its on hill top.30 min drive but there nice

Man I used to go to cappy's, really didn't like it too much. Not much actual training going on, it just didn't seem like a real gym. On top of that their prices were rediculous. I've been also trying to find a real gym ever since and I don't even live in Seattle anymore, but i'd drive up there to box.

Azteca is also open from 10a-1p or so. An assistant trainer opens up and trains people. Head trainer only comes in at night

Maybe Cappy's has gone downhill. Now that I'm thinking more about it, I've heard bad reviews the past year or two. But before that I heard great reviews for about 5+ years.
