I am actually a Cloud fan* but yes Campillo got robbed big time. I had it Travis Cloud (111) Gabriel Campillo (115)

This is like the 3rd time this happens to Campillo, I would not be surprised if he never fights here again. Same goes for Maidana, similar outcome forth coming on Saturday for him.

*(Campillo made me a fan of his by that performance on Saturday!)

Watched it twice and had it 115-111 Campillo. Cloud won rounds 1, 6,12, was clowned the rest by Campillo. If Cloud doesn't rematch him, he is no better than Shumenov, who ran like a girl from Campillo after losing to him but getting the decision in Vegas. Fight Campillo in his hometown of Madrid and see how that turns out

Most people scored 114-112....I'm sorry Campillo but that is not having the fight in the bag, admitting that u didn't want to take the risk in the late rounds very obviously showed , 116-110 yes fight in the bag, but no way if your giving away the fight in the late rounds after being dropped twice earlier. Just a learning lesson for the kid, finish stronger...

had the same score 115 -111 for Campillo.. another example of boxing not being up to par. king obvioulsy wants Cloud to fight someone who will bring in the $$$. problem is Cloud has no name yet. his biggest problem is Bounani - he sucks as a trainer.

Wrong. Chuck giampa is a clown and theres no way you can give cluod more than 4 rds. 4 rds was giving cloud every benefit of the doubt. You can ot possibly give cloud 3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11.

Cloud landed ONE right at the end of 11, campillo was raking him all round. Rd 2 you could stretch to cloud possibly, obviously 1, 6 is possible and i thought cloud won 12. Gtfo. That fight was a robbery.

If it was a draw, you could possibly swing the "bad decision" card.

On another note, why where two of the judges of such low quality (as in not having the ringside experience to call a title match)? Especially when between those two judges they only had one title bout on their resume...

I know what I'm saying is a catch 22 (you can't judge title bouts with the experience, but you're not going to get the experience without judging a title bout) but you would think they would put more experienced judges for title fights, right?

So did we Campillo, so did we. In fact anyone with perfectly good working set of eyeballs firmly planted in their skull knew Campillo won the fight. Thats what happens with paid off judges. Long ago, some fighters took a dive. Now its Judges that take a dive.
