    • did he really just put Jeremy Lin in the same category as Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan?

Funny how ufc fans along with nascar fans are the most racist fans in all of sports lol bc the majority of them are all white

The Lin comment is more of his insecurity coming out: Another Asian getting alot of attention in a traditionally black dominated sport. This obviously stems from his feelings toward Pac.
Being ignorant is not always the same as being racist, Floyd is purely ignorant when it comes to cultures. I used to think Lumpia was Chinese. As for Lin, in general it is racist (not from Floyd) all around. The media IS hyping it up because Lin is Asian, where was the media when Lin was being bombarded with racist slurs when he was at Harvard. To date, the media have yet to address it.

aahahahaha That was great!!!! I still believe both sides are responsible, but Floyd does need to make this a 50/50 thing. I don't care who the bigger draw is, this fight is so huge, both guys deserve half the pot.

People need to learn what racism is. For the idiots here is the definition:

racism: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

Floyd's little tweet doesn't make him a racist and there is some truth to his tweet. What Lin is doing is amazing but If Lin was black he would NOT be getting all this media hype plain and simple. It's crazy how Floyd gets people so bent out of shape. Whats more crazy is the people that scream Floyd is an idiot, yet that idiot has somehow managed to become one of the best boxers of all time that is setting the blueprint for boxers to make big time money without a promoter.

It makes him a racist because it seems to be a problem to him.
Why dude need to tweet that?Bitterness...

He said ALL the hype, wich is wrong, there is the underdog effect, and dude can ball.

              His statement is wrong.

And yes, Floyd is an idiot, being a great athlete doesn't make you a rocket scientist. Dude is an IGNORANT.

There you go, defending floyd saying that he is ignorant?. Why is that? Because is your favorite fighter?.

Forget Lin, lets look back at the sushi/dog comment back then, you think it was to praise the cuisines abilities who supposedly manny has(of any asian people for that matter) or was to insult. But wait a minute, he is ignorant (meanning not his fault), so no worries its ok. SMH

                I hate racism. PERIOD

                (im form south america btw).

Change the order of the "players" and i wonder if you feel the same way.

                • All these Floyd fans saying Floyd didn't say anything racist. Using the word asian is not racist but its how the word was used. Call it what u want it mite not be racist but it sure is prejudice. If Lin was black would Floyd still say the same? Nope!!! If lin was black Floyd would praise him!!

                  • I agree. Dana is right on point.

But its not just Mayweather... I think that black ppl in general are the most racist and have the least amount of respect for other races.

not being racist myself, just a realistic observation through personal experience.

For people like you who said floyd's statement was wrong and he is racist, please see ESPN announcer Max Bertos use of "***** in the armour" then report back. Or see use of ESPN web headline with the same title.

Think either was used because Lin was ballin out?
