Sharing the revenue of PPV is what's the problem. Pac supposedly has to give 30% of what he makes to Arum. Floyd and Arum usually get huge part of PPV as promoters. Essentially Manny is asking for promoters money when he usually gets fighter pay. He's asking for part of Floyd's PPV when Arum isn't going to give him probably any or very minute amount.

The plain facts are that $40m flat fee is an derisory offer for this fight, Floyd knows it, Pacquiao knows it, anyone with half a brain knows it.
