When your on top....people do EVERYTHING to discredit you. I have my faith, but i would never force it onto anyone. Manny has his, yet hes bashed? You know your on top of the world when EVERY flaw is magnified. Is he perfect? NO! Has he made mistakes? Yes! EVERYONE has, but since tons of people favor another fighter, thats not good enough. NONE OF ANYONE HERE can see into the heart of this man or anyone else. All this bashing is just plain ignorance.

Could this just be a PR move? Sure. Could it be genuine? Absolutely. Problem is that many NEVER want to reflect on any good only bad. Heck see Floyd. Floyd has done TONS of good thing for communities, but who ever talks about it? Only focus on negative. This is whats happening here. So before so many of you dismiss everyone who has faith in something, step back and take a second to respect others way of life. Guess what? At the end of the day....you could be wrong.....and so could I, but that wont change how i choose to live my life.

Bottom line is that, the man might be trying to do something good in his life, and all anyone can do is trash it. NO ONE is perfect, and those who find faith later on in their life, are better people at the end of the day. Not trying to sound preachy (though many will take it that way), but there is an old saying......"assumption is mother of all f ups". Stop being so ignorant and let people live how they want, not by many of yalls ignorant absolute way of life.

Not everyone who finds faith automatically becomes a better person. Many just become annoying idiots and can even be a danger to others. Sure many find inner peace, which is great, but there are two sides to religious conviction.

Pacman fans are starting to echo his change of heart in their posts. Stop coming up with excuses for his game playing. If he's thinking about retiring QUIT! Don't give excuses for (potently) being out performed by legitimist opponents. If he can't give his all to what he is selling in the press & fans- QUIT! I dont have an issue with Pac or anyone being religious. But people can criticise his beliefs and dont have to respect them if they object to what the religion stands for, and the damage it can do.

Don't confuse here with extremist. Right you are on some people who find faith and try and manipulate people. I seen this first hand from my cousin growing up. Sure he was leading a "better" life, but it became extreme where if i wanted to play Zelda he wouldn't let me, and he would hide it because it had magic, and that was the devils doing.

I don't think Manny would ever be this extreme (especially since hes a public and political figure), as of now....until he shows otherwise, i will give him the benefit of the doubt as far as his new lifestyle goes, and it doesn't go "extreme".

The popularity Pac has gained through boxing has allowed him to pursue a career in politics its given him a firm foothold in terms of winning votes etc etc there is always big problems on the horizon when unintelligent (no offence) people get elevated into a position of power.

He could end up getting a position of power over someone who is undoubtedly more suitable for the role and the people will lose out which I cant respect.
