They know that at this stage of Vitali's career that the Haye fight is too much of a big risk.

Vitali wants a couple of fight against some Americans, maybe Seth and another hyped fighter and then call it a day.
Always had a lot of respect for your posts, but this time I don't have it. How do you know these things? What you are really saying is tht Klitschko himself is a liar. And this has never been said before and would be believed by not a single soul, other than Hayecrappers. And I didn't think that you were one. You are uncritially assuming that Haye and Booth are being truthful, despitr ample evidence to the contary. They are notorious liars, of a particularly low type.

But, if and when Haye and Klitschko do fight, you and I can have a big bet about the outcome. I'll back Klitschko.

Would be a great double header, on the same card as a double main event. Maybe HBO could do there face off's with 4 of them.

How can someone believe Haye or his team. He is all talk. He dont want a piece of Vitali. That is the truth.

The fact that Boente is going on about 50% of the British PPV money is ridiculous is the biggest indication they don't want the fight.

When Haye was asking questions to Boente at the post fight press conference, Boente chose to ignore the questions and push Chisora on Haye.

No is saying Haye deserves 50% of the purse, not even Haye but Boente making 50% of British PPV an issue is clearly a sign that they don't want the fight.

Many people have complained about the Klitschko contracts, even their fellow countryman, Kotelnik.

That's why he went to the press conference and asked Boente and Vitali why Vitali won't fight him when he agreed to everything they demanded.

Took Boente a couple off days for a response.

Why not respond then rather than deflect it and bring Del Boy in.

The news I read was that he was paid 450,000 EURO, which sounds right, about 15% of what Klitschko got. Don't think they pay in Sterling in Europe. The place was sold out, dont know how many seats.

After his performance against Wlad I don't he deserves anything near that amount.

After his last performance I think he should be happy just to get another check.... If he cared about his name or legacy he would've put up a better fight against Wlad....

No, I don't agree. The Boente tale, slightly coloured of course, sounds just right for Haye and Co's modus operandi, in long-drawn-out opening negotiations. The Haye fight was to have been AFTER Chisora anyway, and Haye/Booth just didn't realise that Klitschko would waste no time on haggling with them, or put up with their usual shenanigans.

Klitschko is getting closer to retirement, and every fight he can get in before retiring is a plus. He has no time to waste on the likes of Haye, although if he can make the fight he wants it. Otherwise you really are calling him a liar, whether you think so or not. Klitschko has absolutely NO history of pretending to want fights he doesn't want, none. and he has purued this fight, just like he pursued the Valuev and Lewis fights, because he wanted them, even though all the signs were there that they were ducking him, and wouldn't fight him. Years wasted. He offered Valuev $2.5 mill, but King wanted $4 mill. So...no fight. A haye fight won't benefit his legacy at all, he just wants to get his hands on him and destroy him. Don't blame him. Haye subjected the Klitschkos to over 2 years of unrelenting public abuse and denigration, against which they could not defend, as they were just not that type.

They are a brand new kind of boxing species. Gentlemen, businessmen, sportsmen, and more. They are two of the VERY few genuine role models in boing, in sports generally. cultivated, educated, intelligent, and from a good quality home environment and background.......... I can appreciate this since I've been involved in boxing for so many years and have never come across their kind in the sport before, anywhere in the world. They only ones even approaching their qualities were Joe Choynski and Gene Tunney, the first from a good family background and the second, self educated.

They'll be gone soon, appreciate them whilst you can.

The most recognizable fighter in Britain eh? Pretty great accomplishment considering every decent British boxer has had their ass kicked by a real world class fighter (twice by Americans) in the last 6-8 months.

Haye is the smartest kid on the handicap bus. Congratulations to him, why should I be impressed?

I am sure an American boxer could get on the front pages if he ****d someone or started a massive brawl at a sporting event. That's what the sport truly needs.

Congratulations on being such a great boxing fan. We need more people like you who put more value on the fights outside the ring than those inside of it.

Also, good job completely avoiding my point about Haye not being able to sell a single PPV against anyone other than a KLITSCHKO. I knew you would have no argument since you never really had one in the first place.
