There's a little difference though. Chisora was an incredible underdog and Klitschko only gave chisora the fight because he felt chisora had been cheated in the Helenius fight. Everyone figured Vitali would win so pulling out of the fight would just save him the effort rather than risking the possibility of losing his title (as there was almost none). For Lewis, those two fights were against high profile challengers and if Lewis had of pulled out everyone would have said he was ducking.
