Why are you a Floyd Mayweather fan?

Most of the people talking about skills etc aren't really being honest, if he was from Africa and spoke zulu, barely one of you would give a damn about him or his skills, you'd consider him a boring foreign fighter and many probably wouldn't even know his name and wouldn't want to see him fight. That's just the truth.

Real reason people like FMJ is because he runs his mouth, flashes the cash, appears successful and is a controversial character but for all their talk most would drop him like a stone after a couple of losses.

I think those types of people are the minority but all Floyd fans are stereotyped as people who like Floyd for those non-boxing reasons you mentioned. It's easier and preferred for people to lump them all into the most degrading box imaginable than to deal with the fact that most people are actually only fans of Floyd as a fighter.

Exactly , I get shivers when he is mouthing off ands flashing cash all over acting like a moron ,,,,,, but his boxing is magnificent , I appreciate the cerebral art of boxing , he is a great ring general thats why Im a fan .

Not sure what he's really like behind all the macho man bravado. He can seem like a total d-bag with the arrogance and some 'questionable' actions.

But he's the best out there in terms of skill and the best boxer since a young Roy Jones. Maybe even better than that.

I've never seen anyone dodge or absorb punches like that, not ever.

Not always the best to watch (action wise) for the casual fan or bloodthirsty knuckle-dragger, but if you enjoy a masterclass then there's no one better.

He is the most skilled fighter of his era. He is always 2 steps ahead. He works harder then anyone else. He talks mad ****(which is awesome and if you don't think so you have no balls buttercup) He is always in control. And mostly, he offers a fighting style that is harder to obtain then just punching a guy really hard
