    Same difference.

Either way this incident may prevent him from getting a license.

I understand it's the heat of the moment and we all make mistakes especially in the heat of the moment and Chisora is a lose cannon but Haye was real ****** for throwing punches there.

This is clear evidence that Haye punched Chisora multiple times.
He could get off with self defence. Chisora said seconds earlier he was going to slap Haye. Chisora obviously came down looking for trouble and with Chisora being a psychopath and all he obviously feared for his safety.

He won't be able to claim self defence on that.

Physically using his fists in defence of a verbal threat doesn't equate to an equal, unfortunately.

It's like shooting someone after they've punched you and trying to claim self defence. You just can't do it.

Only in a ******s mind does throwing the first punch equate to self defense

Frank Warren said on Sky Sports News that he might not be able to get Chisora another fight after that, saying he might be done... This is no hate to either you or Chisora just thought I'd let you know what I just heard. I'll try and look up a article on internet for you(as I know you won't believe me).

                      Yeah, it's not self defence.

Hypothetically, he wouldn't be able to stand up in court and claim self defence for using physical infliction in response to a verbal threat.

Regardless to the fact he was in his face.
