Comments Thread For: Paul Williams Blames Sergio Martinez For Trilogy Fallout

Paul Williams isn’t interested in fighting the southpaw who seemingly did more than enough to out-point Williams in his last fight.

Williams is a fighter who takes challenges and always comes to fight but he is delusional. He is going to get destroyed in this thread.

Martinez would destroy Williams as brutally as in their rematch, which was one of the greatest one punch ko's in boxing history. He'd beat the crap out of Chavez jr, the middleweight paper champ, and if Mayweather is really a brave all-time great, he would fight Martinez at 154 lbs, just like he is going to fight Cotto, a very good fighter who doesn't really have a great chance of winning.

I don't think a trilogy with Martinez is in Paul William's best interests right now. He can still win a belt if he is matched right, but putting him against Martinez for a third time is not matching him right. He should stick to the 154 pound division.
