Cottos trainner said in the radio show La Perrera The Dog House, Mayweather is a normal fighter . we already saw few videos of him, there are some weak areas in his boxing, we expect to win the fight

lolz i am no fan of floyd but to call him a normal fighter is just absurd...

better line should be "as good as he is we see weaknesses"...

Why do most trainers make this mistake with Floyd?

"it's different when looking from the outside looking in. fighters say they can do this and that to me in the ring, but once we get inside the ring it's much different."

I hope he really doesn't think that...but I get it, you talk down the opponent to help build up the confidence in your fighter

So they're supposed to go into the fight thinking there are no flaws in Floyd's style and they will lose in order to win?

Every trainer thinks they have the remedy to beat Floyd, so far they've all failed. The fact to the matter is, Floyd is unpredictable.

Step to Floyd's left, stay on or behind his left shoulder, and his accuracy will drop enough to be able to take rounds from him behind a solid output and defense. Mayweather's an excellent fighter, but if you approach a fight thinking what most think, you'll have another L on your record before stepping into the ring.

Diaz has to know that Floyd is an abnormal fighter, but he just wants to downplay the level.
