Klitschko fell for an old school yard move. In the streets, if you go after the guy who slapped you, all his boys will jump in before you get a chance to retaliate. Thats why we carry guns. Chisora slapped the manhood out of Vitali. He slapped Vitali off of his pivot and Vitali, surprisingly, reacted passively to it and then had a look of humiliation and passive/aggressive anger on his face.

I do not know what effect, if any, this willl have on the fight, but if he wanted to get his "not intimidated" point across, he certainly did.
