A clinic doesn't necessarily have to be a shut out but it can't be a competitive fight, which Barrera/Hamed was.

as far as im concerned Marquez never fought Mayweather. It was a glorified sparring/exhibition match.
like a what if the older Lightweight champ fought the younger Welterweight champ.

it rivals Willie Pep vs Ray Robinson in legitimacy
      Yeah.....No.

        Barrera-Hamed was competitive?

Looked like a royal schooling to me.

I remember these fights...Whitaker destroyed Haugen. Corrales got dismantled in the second fight...not so much in the first one though. Hopkins ran Trinidad through the ringer prior to the KO.

I honestly hope you're savvy enough to understand I was trying to express my thoughts on it's legitimacy and it wasn't meant to be taken in a literal sense

actually entertaining the idea that it's comparable to an exhibition match between a featherweight and possibly the greatest Welterweight of all time is ridiculous....

It was a clear win but not a schooling IMO. Y'all need to rewatch the whole fight, not just highlights.
