So Cotto training is going to consist of eating eating and more eating.

Cotto will probably weigh in around 152lb and come into the ring around 160lbs.

That is if he is smart.

People saying Floyds gonna K.O Cotto is just hilarious. I know some guys really like to hang tight on floyds nuts but can we be realistic here? He didn't k.o Marquez and the last person he K.O'd was a guy that had his hands down facing the ref...

I think it is more important that he is just in phenomenal shape, fighting shape where he could fight 15 rounds if need be. I like how diaz is also working on his reflexes, fast twitch muscles, etc.

Imo, cotto will probably weigh somewhere between 150-152, and come to the ring between 160-165.

Floyd dont fight that much but he trains more than any other fighter, which means he isnt gifted, rather than he dont slouch in training. Lets face it he has a lot of time on his hands to train, with the not fighting and not promoting fights schedules.

He not going to be in phenomal shape if he putting on more than 9lbs from the weight in. And considering his build if he is over 162lbs his conditioning would be suspect.

He needs to do the road work, improve that stamina and work rate, He should be aiming for 6:30-7 min miles for 48 mins at least.

            Do 20 rounds sparring daily.

Can he reach that level of fitness though?

The plyometrics are a good thing, but he needs get that level of fitness up.

He needs to outwork Floyd for the whole 12 rounds.

Funny, how Mayweather fans don't give Cotto the same credit Money May does! It just proves that MOST of Mayweather fans don't know boxing! When have you EVER heard Mayweather gives another fighter credit! NEVER! But he did with Cotto! MOST of Mayweather & Pacman fans are emotional!

                    Question!

                    1. What will happen when Mayweather lays on the ropes? Because he always does?
                    2. What will will happen when Mayweather gets hit to the body, by the left! Since Money's defense turns his rips right in the direction of Cotto's left?

I give Mayweather MORE credit, then Pacman! He is fighting Cotto in a REAL weight class! Mayweather is the BEST FIGHTER in the WORLD; however it will not be a easy fight! Anyone who says it will, is a MAYWEATHER FAN, NOT a BOXING FAN! They are speaking out of emotion! FACT

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Pacman throws 100 punches a round & moves in odd angles! Mayweather, throws 15-20 punches & relies on defense! 2 completely different fighters! Cotto, will have his chances!

I will say that Mayweather would slap Pacman around the ring; however Cotto will be more effective against Mayweather because of his Jap & size! Cotto, will have his chances!
