Bigger fighters like Oscar, Cotto, Margarito moved down to give a midget Pacquiao a leveling field. Pacquiao moved down to give Hatton (after the Osccar fight at 147, Pac moved down and fought Hatton at 140) and Marquez (Pac vs JMM III) a leveling field. Why Floyd didn't do the same to Hatton and Marquez?

Floyd is a coward compare to those fighters I mentioned above. Catchweight fights were here even before Floyd was born. It is a fight between the bigger man and a midget.
