It would mean he beat a well past it fighter and that's it.Mosley is done. You don't get "props" for beating fighters on the downside with no momentum. No matter how it's done. Mosley has gotten worse in each fight since the Mayweather fight. This shouldn't be any different. If he did this against Mosley from three years ago it would be different. Mosley is a name and that's it.


There are other fighters Canelo should be fighting at this stage of his career (Kirkland,Lara) and that speaks for itself.

I hate to say this but I agree with ^^^.

Mosley could possibly be affiliated with GBP, which makes this fight a conflict of interests.

Seriously, I'm training this really good young puertorican kid in my gym. He came from another gym in Tampa and is 11-1 in his amateur career.

This Saturday he is sparring for the first time and I'm going to put him up against this young Mexican kid who is training for his first amateur fight in a few weeks.

I'm going to have my own Mexico v Puerto Rico in the gym.

Mosley at this point has nothing to gain or lose, he is already a Hall Of Famer so a few losses late in his career for some Decent Checks is not going to hurt him

this will be a Sparring Match that will go 12 Rounds with Canelo getting the win, GBP fix fights just like Top Rank Fix Fights...until he fights someone that has just as much to lose as he does (Vanes, Kirkland, K9, Trout, Lara, Mayweather) then I CAN'T AND WONT take Canelo serious, to me he is just a HYPED UP VERY AVERAGE and PROTECTED fighter

i can't either, that's why i'd be really impressed. especially since he went 12 rounds with hatton and n'dou (even though he's never been KOed either) and basically rhodes as well.
