In a way Canelo is right....Floyd is an opportunist like Hopkins and waits for the right time to attack. If you're really great you should fight someone at your best. Cotto is not at his best. There is a reason Floyd is fighting him now than before his "retirement".

To be fair I could say the same thing about Canelo with Mosley. Mosley hasn't done **** at 154 recently to get a shot at a belt.

Also the fact that he's a free agent makes it a **** ton easier to get the fight done.

ppl always claim this, but in what fights was floyd an opportunist? mebbe the jmm fight. but really thats all i can think about. its kinda like the whole argument that floyd fights smaller men. theres not real substantiation to it.

Canelo needs to realize he isn't even a top 10 p4p fighter and has yet to face anyone within the top 5 of his own division. There are plenty of fights for him at 154 and he needs to go about things a little more humble than calling Floyd a cherry picker. He's a paper champ with less than respectable defenses of his title. Mosely IS NOT a respectable title defense. But understand, if Canelo looks vulnerable in the slightest vs Mosley, he better stay away from Floyd.

You only told me ONCE. But anyways........that's my opinion of Floyd & Hopkins. Arum isn't the only one to blame in making fights happen. The main ones at fault are the boxers and their team.
