the oscar floyd fought was at 154.. before that oscars last fight was a KO win over the rugged Mayorga,, (whom i personally favored in that fight)

the oscar manny fought was at 142,,, fightnight oscar came in at 145 i belive (correct me if im wrong) before the manny fight he had a tuneup against steve forbes lol

Yes you are WAYY off. Probably thinking of the Floyd-JMM fight which was contracted at 144 but floyd came in at 146

Pac's DLH fight was contracted at 147 and he came in at 145

Niether Floyd or Pac fought the better JMM (at WW). Problem is JMM took Pac to school at WW where Floyd shut him down at WW. Bottom line though, JMM was better as a LW (obviously).

As for Cotto, Pac said Cotto was ok to fight at CW of 145 but not 154... I think that speaks for itself. But for argument sake we can say Margarito fought the better Cotto.

But I liked Cotto better as JWW. Outside of beating Judah/Quintana and barley beating Mosley/Clottey, Cotto was not that good as a WW IMO and due to the opposition he looks better at JMW than he has at WW... but its all in the matter of opinion which is why I said I liked him better as a JWW.
