FR: Not that many push ups cause he has a bad shoulder. We need to be careful of that because push ups are bad for that. But he’s a machine. He averages 40 rounds a day most fighters don’t do 20. We will spar 12 rounds tomorrow and that will be our peak day and then we will taper off to 10 and then six rounds
    40 Rounds a day

Roach and Ariza are working Pacquiao too hard, and Pacquiao does not help him self by his other activities.

Rest is a very important part of training, Roach needs to lock him in his room after training.

Greb is a good shout. Armstrong has to be up there as well.

Floyd has never been beat up by a guy with only 16 fights, that's how I gave it to Floyd.

Floyd. What separates him from the pack, is that he's his own trainer, he doesn't have anyone to urge him to train. Such as the way Ariza & Roach push on Pacquaio, V. Hunter cracks the whip on Ward, Beristein pushes JMM and Fox hurtles Kirkland into action. Floyd pretty much trains himself.

And everybody knows you train harder when someone else is pushing you.

Floyd trains in his limits, Ariza pushes Pacquiao further beyond his limits.

                    Massive Tread backfire!
Not only did you get called out on your massive bias, your poll massively backfired and you got exposed for how much you talk out your a'ss.

Embarrassing attempt to try to glorify Pacman and discredit Floyds work ethic

I've seen Pacquiao gasping for air, and tired in more than a few fights. I've never seen Mayweather even near tired. He's fresh for 12 rounds each and every time. " This kids gift is his conditioning" do you remember hearing that in the moesly corner about Mayweather Jr?
