SD- Manny Pacquiao is one of the best fighters I’ve ever seen and I’m sure you agree, describe his work ethic and training regimen.

FR- Pacquiao is a machine. From day one his work ethic was unbelievable. He is the hardest working fighter I’ve ever seen. We were training for the De La Hoya fight, Mike Tyson came into the gym. Mike told me to slow him down we had a fight in a couple of days. I said, Mike this is slow. (laughs) Manny is just a machine. He averaged 44 rounds per day. He runs a lot basically trains like he fights; no caution. He really works hard.

When Khan went hill running with Pacquiao in the Philippines, he couldn't keep up. Didn't he have to take a cab back.

Floyd keeps ticking over year around, but is by no means anywhere close to fight night fitness.

After sparring 6 rounds with Spada, Floyd collapses on the floor in exhaustion.

Khan just of there while manny was training already.

Mayweather is fit, but fight fitness is another level. I'd say boxers are extremely fit cardio wise.

Katsidis has pretty grueling training camps i have read. He goes to Thailand for 3 months and trains for something like 12-15 hours a day.
