If you were only comparing Lin to Kobe this year then say so. Your post implies Kobe's whole career because he dealt with "adversity and struggles" his whole career, regular season, playoffs, etc.

Look man when are you going to admit that you just went overboard in the comparison.

I assumed you are using his whole career because you didn't specify a time frame, and because "struggles and adversity" occur throughout one's whole career, not just a finite period.

If you just tell me what number of games you were using for Kobe we can be done with this?
How does saying when Lin struggles he finds play for his team mates as when Kobe struggle he tends to shoot the ball how is this comparing to Kobe's career?? I asked u is this not true????

I guess nobody saw what I was trying to get at.

He is ESPN'S flavor of the week.

At best 14, 7, 4, and turnover per assist average of 2 to 1.

Hey, he is a great story. For Harvard. And the D-league.

          Skip Bayless be damned.

The Knicks get smashed on in the ECP.

And for the record, Lin is good. I like seeing him play. Dude can ball. He seems to be what the Knicks needed and I felt that once they got a PG they would make some noise in the East. I think when they are back healthy when Melo returns, they could make it interesting in the East. However, I still see it coming down to the Heat and the Bulls.

As ive said before and you already agreed I only discussed what you compared, how they deal with struggles and adversity, not theior greatness or skills.

This is now 10 starigfht posts from you without telling me how many games you were using to make the conclusion about Kobe. Could you please just answer that and then this is over.

Right. I like his story, glad that he has have some success. There is nothing to "hate on". And I don't think they make it out of the East. I think it will be the Heat and the Bulls.

as i said before its not true because in Lin's case there is only a 7 game sample. In Kobe's case, I can find probably 400 games where he has passed instead of shot. But, if we just used those games its not valid because

HE HAS PLAYED ANOTHER 700 GAMES WHERE HE KEPT ****ING SHOOTING DESPITE HIS MISSING 20 OR 30 SHOTS.

Do you get my point now? BTW, this is now 12 posts without letting m,e kn ow the number of games used to reach your conclusion about kobe.

Once again...he DID NOT COMPARE THEIR ENTIRE CAREER!
*****s funny I never even compare lins greatness to Kobe's. I even said I'll be a fool to say Lin is on Kobe's level because he's not!! I made a comment in reference to someone saying Lin played like ***** against the raptors so i said even great players like Kobe struggles. Floyd fans jumpin the gun like always.
