Hey Floyd, I agree with you a 100%, but, like they say, "don't hate the player, hate the game." The game in this case is publicity, and Lin is getting serious publicity because he is Asian. So what?

M&M gets pub because he's a white rapper, and good looking women get on magazine covers, well, because they are good looking (regardless of their race). It ain't Lin's fault because he suddenly became popular. It just the nature of the game.

Look, that Bieber kid is popular because young white girls like him. And you, Floyd, are popular because men like to see you fight other men, with the loyalties breaking along racial lines: a lot of black people like to see you win and a lot of white people like to see you lose. Floyd is an ignorant idiot for saying this. Nobody black, white, brown, etc has not done what Jeremy Lin has done. He currently holds the record for most points scored in his first 4 starts. The kid was about to get cut but was finally given minutes and then he proved that he could play in this league. Has any other player turned their struggling team around and led them to 5 strait wins? Has any black pg scored 38 against the Lakers? Only a few have. Lin could play and is not getting hyped up because hes asian, its because he came out of nowhere and was about to get cut and then turned his team into playoff contenders without their 2 biggest stars. I'm thinking Floyd just said this because he probably lost alot of money betting againt the Knicks. Floyd probably loses more money than what he wins.
