He isn't blocking Gamboa-Rios in this case, so why should we blame him? Look, I don't like Arum as much as the next guy, but this would be awful if Floyd snatched Gamboa away.

Plus what would "Mayweather Promotions" do for Gamboa's career? Look at their event for Shobox. They have an event in ten days and there's still no opponents for Jessie Vargas or Lattimore.
