Make it happen. Vargas faced his first step up against Lopez and Lopez arguably won that fight. If he were to turn around and beat Guerrero, a solid/good fighter, it'd make people think he's more legit.

And Guerrero, who turned down Malignaggi, should want this fight. It's a good first fight back and a solid one at 140. Would be a good bout, when we have Mosley-Alvarez and Wright-Quillin crap fights on the card. Mosley and Wright should have stayed home, and this is coming from a big Winky Wright fan.
