reason is because gbp doens't make enough money off of pbf's fights, believe it or not. pbf rakes all the money generated as part of the guaranteed purse. gbp can't depend on mayweather alone. the undercards proceeds are all gbp takes out of the event.

Because he's not they use Mexican fighters and fans to prop up his PPV sales but don't give credit to canelo or other Mexican fighters or Mexican fans who purchase these cards only to see their Mexican fighter fight. I've been to homes where the Mexican people watch the Mexican fight than go back to partying with friends and the Televison room sits empty while Mayweather fights an Old has been or smaller dude.
