      Yeah I think he did but I had him losing that fight, the judges gave him that one.

        Forrest whooped his ass.
        That 2nd round was brutal. No wonder he didn't win **** since.

          Always been a big fan of Shane. There's no shame in him losing to the caliber of fighters he did.

          I've always seen the second round of the first Forrest (RIP) fight as the turning point in his career.

          Headbutt lands on Shane and then a few moments later he gets clocked by a huge right hand. Forrest gets him to the ropes and lands a giant uppercut and that's the first knockdown of Mosleys career. He survives the round and the fight, but the aura of invincibility was gone and i don't think Mosley has ever fought with the same confidence again.

          I know he admitted to taking EPO, and that made me lose some respect for him, but he's still had a damn good career. I hope he puts up a good showing against Canelo and then retires with that final payday. He should become a trainer

            how can you explain this??
            He fell in love with his power.

            The last couple years, the only fight he's looked good in is the Margarito fight.

                Easy answer;

                Other than Oscar, pretty much every fight he has pre Forrest were against bums.

                That's why.

                  actually Forrest had beaten Mosley twice in the amateurs before they fought in the pros. the first Forrest fight was brutal and Mosley never was the same after the 1st round (or was it the 2nd round?). that looked like a career ending beating to me.
                  anyways, the 2nd fight looked like a draw to me.

                    I will call the thread ****** as you claimed he ''fell off'' since his fight with Vernon Forrest which is shitting on him. Maybe you saw the responses in the thread and decided to change your tune or maybe you didn't articulate yourself well enough in your opening post.

                    The fact of the matter is he was put in the ring with top opposition who have a good chance at beating any elite fighter, he came up short.
