Martinez beats the dog ish out of Chavez Jr. so let Arum keeping making up his excuses none of his fighters will fight a threat unless it's under top rank and the bigger star has advantages like catch weights or loaded gloves etc.
Arum can make up all the excuses and lies he wants i don't watch Top Rank fights anymore. The last time Arum let one of his fighters fight Martinez you saw what happened Kelley Pavlik hasn't been the same since He destroyed Pavlik now Pavlik is a drunk Arum is not gonna let Martinez keep destroying all of his fighters lol.

If Arum limited Pacquiao and Jr.'s opponents strictly to PPV attractions, they'd only be able to even consider Mayweather, Mosley, Margarito, or Cotto, Pacquiao couldn't even fight Jr. because he's not a PPV attraction.

Bradley and Clottey couldn't be considered under those specifications. Before Bradley signed to Top Rank, he had a similar statement. It's a lame excuse...
