Pac and Floyd are both extremely quick. The difference is, Pac's punches come quick and from all angles and you dont see them coming. With Floyd, even if you know where his punches are coming from, you still cant do anything about it. He's so quick it's still going to catch you. For example: When he leans forward with his right hand hanging, then lunges in and catches you with the straight right hand lead. You know he's going to throw it but cant do anything about it.
