Watching Carl Froch fight is like making love for the first time.

It's something truly magical and so personal words cannot describe the happiness and fulfillment one feels inside.
    Well put!

Froch is everything that is right in boxing. Praise him or go watch something else.

I don't like Froch but he is world class.

He beat Pascal fairly, with wide scores yes, but he did win. It was a closer fight than judges had it, and given by the scores, I don't think Pascal could have won that fight on the cards. But in the end, the right man won. I thought Froch won a close fight.

He beat Taylor with what's called a come from behind win, which happens in all sports. Baseball, basketball, football, hockey. It doesn't diminish the win just cause you were down the whole game and won at the very end.

I thought he lost to Dirrell. When you get a disputed SPLIT DECiSION in your own hometown, you know you lost. Nottingham is one of those places known to be crooked in favor of their fighters. It happened to Bradley, SD12 over Witter in a fight Bradley dominated and even scored a KD. Then there was also the tremendously wide scores for Pascal-Froch, if I remember correctly there was scores of 118-110 twice, whcih that means the judges had Froch in a near shut out, and if you saw the fight, that was way off base, it was a very good exciting close fight.

        He rightfully lost to Kessler.

Abraham was a good win, he's still a dangerous opponent.

The Glen Johnson fight ended up looking closer than I thought. Froch definitely won, but Dawson looked a lot better against a slightly younger Johnson in the rematch, and Bute shut out the same Johnson right after Froch. But good win nonetheless for Froch, a win is a win.

Froch really doesn't get the amount of credit that he deserves for his dedication and professionalism.Always stays in shape even when he's not training for a fight.

Here's froch doing some road work while on holiday:

            He clearly beat Pascal.

And this myth about Taylor outboxing him every round seems to grow as years go by.

Dirrell and Kessler were fights that could've gone either way. I thought Dirrell stole the fight by a point but Froch beat Kessler 7-5.

The fact that hes fought Pascal, Taylor, Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham, Johnson and Ward back-to-back and the only guy thats convincingly beaten him is Andre Ward, then yeah I'd say he's at the very least, "world class".

If he can compete against world champions, I think that fighter should be considered 'world-class'. You have to take into account just how many boxers on earth there actually are.

If Froch isnt world class then doesnt that make his performances/wins at the top level more impressive? Froch is a brawler whos adapted his game over the last few years, he maybe be crude but hes sculpted himself into somewhat of a boxer. Tell me who else at his age has done the same thing?..Not many.

Froch clearly beat Pascal, you are the first one I've ever seen say otherwise.

Froch won several rounds against Taylor before he knocked him out.
