What, you didn't know? Billy Backus employed this same strategy to win the title from Jose Napoles. It's a tried and proven method.

The only problem with Chisora is that he's relatively green. It's well known that there is no strength in depth in the division and tbf, who else is really out there for Vitali?

They tried to make the fight with Haye, Povetkin is being protected, Fury is unavailable. Should be interesting while it lasts.

Ignoring some of the hyperbole, haven't you just made a compelling argument for the Klits to retire?

You've made it seem like the heavyweight division could actually entertaining if they weren't around.

Would like to see Tony Thompson get another crack at either brother..Wlad only paid 500 grand as it was a mandatory and I think unwanted fight. Plus Tony deserves a couple mil fight to cap his career he has earned it..500 may sounds like a lot but after managers, trainers, transportation it ends up not being a lot of take home pay.

ThEY're waiting for the precise moment to retire just like Lennox Lewis did after he fought an alltime great. They want to be just like Lennox who is there role model.

You see my mugshot.... this was Lewis' final ever staredown.... he talked about eating both Klitschko's for nourishment on the same day.. same garbage that Tyson spewed when he wanted to eat Lewis's unborn offspring. He had both brother's in his face & that's all she wrote about him ever having another staredown again..

The blatant disrespect of Klitschko as if he was somehow superior to him before the fight.. He got the shock of his life when this supposedly cowardly quitter PHOCKED his a$$ up. Lennox Lewis went his entire career thinking he was superior to every other heavyweight. He was arrogant & pompous. The fact that Vitali has indeed went on to become a dominant force & is on par with Lewis as an alltime great ONLY justifies how he indeeed REALLY effed up Lennox & that it was no aberration.

DON'T think for a second Lewis doesn't know this. His ego has taken a huge hit but he'll keep on playing it as if he's the better fighter when he KNOWS in his heart Vitali is way superior to him & proved it on the final night of his boxing career. With each passing day that Vitali BECOMES even more dominant & no fighter comes close to competing with him.. it just confirms LL'S worst fears that he met his match & then some that night & escaped with a victory that was really a loss in disguise.

I am speechless............wow.......just.....oh my god......I don't even know where to begin with this s**t.

The Klitschko's are ATG HW's. Based on career resume, era, skills, all together, I have them around Top 16-17 on the HW list. H2H, they are probably just inside the Top 10. It's not their faults they fought in the worst HW era ever. But, it can't be ignored either.

Had they fought in era's with Liston, Ali, Frazier, Norton, Lyle, Foreman, Shavers, Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield, Moorer, Bowe, Lewis (in his prime), theyw ould not have dominated the way they do with the average HW's that are around now. Samuel Peter, Corrie Sanders, Eddie Chambers, Chris Arreola, Calvin Brock.....they would not be Top HW's in the late 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. Theyw ould be stepping stones for the Top guys.

An absolute prime Vitali fought a way past it and 37 year old Lennox Lewis, and while he was winning, he didn't sominate AT ALL. He was up 4 rounds to 2, or it was tied depending on who you talk to, and that was a 37 year old Lennox against a peak Vitali, the better of the Klitschko's in my book.

                      Enough said.
