One he was hands down the best WW out there. Anyone who followed the division closely back then will agree.

He had overall the best resume than any other WW out there. He probably didn't have the best single win. But, in terms of having the better overall resume he had it. He was the longest reigning title holder, you can't unify if other title holders and promoters refuse to make the fight. It's pretty hard to unify under those circumstances.

Like Baldo he had gone unbeaten at WW for years but unlike Baldo Marg actually had handful of wins against top 10 WW's. Not just a single win.

And, FWIW Judah didn't do a damn thing at WW. I understand why you would say undisputed P4P and blah blah. But, in reality Judah just had one, ONE good win at WW and that's it. That's all he accomplished in that division. He didn't accomplish anything else but just One damn good win.
