Khan was perceived as the best JWW. Margarito was perceived as the best WW. Both depending on who you asked were perceived as threats. Both would have been big money fights for Floyd and Bradley. But, neither was as big as Oscar and Pac. Both Floyd and Bradley had promotional issues, which depending on who you asked was the main reason why the Khan or Margarito fight didn't happen.
