Why do you all hate The Ghost?

Robert Guerrero, or is it a case of somebody says something so the sheep follow?

You have guys ducking & dodging yet this kid has tools & I mean damn good tools and he is willing to fight any fcuker!

He's not demanding massive paydays & making countless excuses.

You say he needs to fight a gatekeeper at 140 first. Why? What would that prove? You put this guy in there with an opponent of that calibre he will mince them.

Why shouldn't he fight Ortiz or Khan apart from the fact you don't like their chances & where it would leave them if they was to lose.

This kids legit, a warrior & I just wish there was more like him that actually wasn't 1-D heavily protected frauds.

The kid wants a chance, he's willing to earn it not his fault if nobody wants to fight him. Unlike Vanes who talks a good en yet keeps fighting stiffs & backing out of fights against everyone with a pulse.

For what's it worth I don't mind The Ghost & I see no issue with him calling out any of these sort of guys like Khan/Ortiz (could be great fights).

He just needs to get himself in the ring though because he's been far too inactive (I know the injury has played a part).

Not sure people hate Guerrero. There's nothing to hate about Guerrero. Some feel that he hasn't accomplished enough to be talking as if people are ducking him. Which might be true. I really doubt that Floyd, Pac, and/or JMM are losing sleep cuz' of the thought of fight The Ghost. He has said that they're scared of him. And, I doubt that and a lot of people do too. But, that's not hate.

I have no problem seeing Ortiz-Guerrer on the undercard of Floyd-Cotto on May 5th. Or, Guerrero-Khan on May 19 at the Staples Center.

He has one of the worst resumes out there, Escobedo, Casamayor, Katsidis. All by decision, when they were put in front of him as a kind of coming out party, to knock them out and make a name for himself. But he went the distance with all 3, and I don't know if it's me but although he kinda shut all 3 down for the most part, he still looked like he labored to win the rounds. It's like he had to fight his very best to beat these guys, and all he could do is decision them.

I don't hate him though, I just don't care about him right now. And I don't wanna see him in a main event of a PPV I pay 50-60 for.

I don't mind the Ghost at all, I think he's a good fighter and I like that he at least wants to fight everyone. The only problem I have with him is that he acts as if he's the boogie man or something. It's like he's forgetting that he's been out due to injury and acts like fighters were ducking him that whole time. Good on him that he kept his name out there during the injury by doing countless interviews. But if he's not going to get a big name in there then just fight somebody else. No use in sitting on the shelf, it's enough already that he hasn't fought since April of last year. I think Guerrero has the skills to beat some of these top guys out there. But let's not act like a win over an old Casa, exciting club fighter in Katsidis, and Escobedo, have put him in the position to say he deserves to fight the big fights in divisions he's never competed in. Honestly I hope he gets one of those fights, but I won't think other fighters are ducking him if he doesn't land one.

He's a solid fighter. But he talks bigger then his resume. He's calling out to many people that he doesnt deserve a crack at instead of building his resume up.

Who hates Guerrero? I've never seen anyone hate on Guerrero. People just hated on the idea of him fighting Floyd, which we should.

I'd love to see Guerrero vs. anyone at 140, Khan, Bradley, Maidana, Peterson, Matthysse, whoever.

I don't see hate for him. He just hasn't fought real high top opposition to be demanding a fight with Floyd or Pac.

He doesn't bring that much money to the table cuase he is unknown to the masses. A fight with Ortiz, Khan, Morales or Maidana would put him in the right direction if he wins.

He has good set of skills but is unproven even at 140 let alone 147

I dont hate him, his style of fights is just not very entertaining for me. I think hes very good and would like to see how he fairs against top 140 guys but his name being on the bill will never make me rush to tune in based on that alone.
