Yeah, but that was the undercard to Gatti-Mayweather, wasn't it?
Apparently Frank, Iron One and Evil have been hanging outside the box office offering their ass for £20 a pop, that's what's taken the edge off the ticket sales. This was in the local newspaper, and is a FACT.
Some punk in an anorak was giving it away for free though so we didn't make a penny.
For the Americans interested in watching this, its avaliable for 20 bucks starting at 4 pm on Saturday on in demand PPV. That fight, hatton's brother's fight and carl thompson will be shown

Thompson's always worth watching. Never seen Hatton's brother fight though.

sounds like a nice power lunch at the corner sportsbar.the beer and smoke will be rolling out of there.
taxi to and fro.

I've seen him a couple of times, Frankie my Tankie. I see from his record his KO ratio is less than 50% and he's lost one on points, drew another and was TKOed in two by a David Keir.
I feel sorry for the poor little bastard. The commentators were saying how mediocre he is (He's not BAD, just a standard average boxer that may get to European level but no higher) and big brother Ricky was being diplomatic about his performance.
From what I remember it's the kind of Hatton crouch style, but a bit traditionally based, ie. using the jab, in and out footwork rather than just pressing forward, etc.
The guy can box to a reasonable standard, but when your brother's champion of the world it casts an unnecessary spotlight on you, doesn't it?
He doesn't sound too exciting to watch then. I can't get the PPV on my TV service so I can't watch him live but I'll have a look if someone uploads it.
It's a regular occurance in all sports but I still always feel a bit sorry for the poor relation too.

He's just a bit of an ass whippet, that's all. It's like the look on Joe Frazier's face when his son is about to fight Larry Holmes... you can see Joe really wants to get in there and do the job himself. Instead he sends the boy out and he gets knocked ****less. He's okay, but he just hasn't got "It".
It's a bit like Big Klit being feted for his solid chin I guess. Then they go "how's little Klit" and he's like "Shut up, I am vurld champion, stop taking the piss."
Wtf am I talking about?
Anyway, don't worry Tankie, I'll upload it for ya.
