WBC Baltic cruiserweight champion Rakhim Chakhkiev (12-0, 9KOs) told Championat that he hopes to return to action in March or April of this year. As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Chakhkiev had elbow surgery last Thursday in Germany. The Olympic gold medalist is going to build his career to a new level in the next twelve months. He wants to fight one of the champions at 200-pounds by the start of 2013.
