Martinez is fighting the guy that went to Germany and got robbed on the cards after beating Sturm in the ring. All the guys that Martinez fights are more accomplished than Pirog......who is so bad apparently, that HBO won't even put him on their network. Why doesn't he try to get on with Showtime at least instead of fighting no one of note in his own country?

When Pirog moves up in weight and wins titles against world class competition like Martinez did, then come talk to me about Martinez ducking him. Until then, Pirog is a would have, could have, should have wanna-be who's team let his career fall by the wayside, and have no one but themselves to blame.
People like to hate on the guys trying to get the big fights and then complain when people don't fight the best fights available...too twisted if you ask me.

I dont discourage it, I just don't really see the great appeal of Khan-Guerrero. Its an ok fight I suppose but in no way should it be top of anyone's wish list.

It's a good fight in regards to the results. Khan loses, hes pretty much exposed and done... Khan wins, guerrero shuts the hell up and patiently waits for big fights.... Can't really go wrong with this one, but It would also be good to see guerrero fight ortiz to see how he deals with that level of competition....

I'm not completely sold on Guerrero just yet...

I have to rewatch Guerrero fight.

From what I remember, he's not a bad southpaw; he's not the hardest puncher, but he makes it work.

If he fought Khan, I wonder how mentally prepared Khan would be coming off the loss.

I hate Khan, but he wins by his usual amature style clinic. I like Guerrero, but he isn't always an aggressor, not too fast, and thinks through a fight way too much.

I like watching Guerrero fight, but i don't like how he's getting a pass for pulling out of a fight with Maidana, and not trying to reschedule it.

Why doesn't he wait for Maidana to finish business with Alexander (win or lose)?

If Khan had pulled out of his fight with Maidana with injury and not done anything for 6 months and then started talking sh*t about fighters in 2/3 different weight-classes he'd be crucified on here... just saying

Its obvious Ghost wants a big fight and who can blame him. If he would have won the Maidana fight in good fashion I think he would've deserved a big fight. But because of his injury and inactivity he needs to prove himself at 140 or 147 first (which ever he wants to fight at). He just needs to shut the **** up and fight someone.

Khan gets crucified for fighting another man in his backyard, losing a gift hometown decision and having the "nerve" to complain and want a rematch.

I can't imagine what would happen if he did what you just mentioned.
