you know its funny how in the beginning everyone was saying that rubio was going to KO chavez and now that chavez won everyone is saying he still needs to fight a worthy fighter and now he used PEDS. well folks which one is it, seems he will never be a good fighter no matter what he does to some peeps.

The way Jr. fought for 12 rds. and he didn't even showed a hint of tiredness is highly su****ious to me.

JCC JR is willing to take OSDT.

Can you say the same about Lou DiFatso and his fighter?

He wouldn't be the first Freddie Roach fighter accused of taking PED's.

          Let's see:

          1. James Toney
          2. Justine Fortune
          3. Manny Pac
          4. JCC Jr.

All these guys ever do is try to discredit JR.

-- He goes 44-0 "Wahhh you haven't fought tough competition..."
-- He beats Rubio "Wahhhh you must be steroids..."
-- He beats Sergio Martinez "Wahhh he's just a soccer playing hypejob..."

Bottom line is, 45 have tried, 45 have failed.

this fight was a damn joke, okay Rubio lets say he did have PED's the way you claim right? what does him being on PED's have to do with you not throwing with conviction? what does jr on those drugs have to do with you love tapping him when you could have been trying to cave his **** in? you were literally landing pitter patter type shots all fight long and I even remember and end of a round where he put his hands up as if those love taps were working. he didn't fight like a winner so he didn't walk away one and I'm very disappointed in Rubio, whether or not Jr was on PED's is something irrelevant because Rubio took away his own avenues and chances of winning in that fight by trying to box his way to a decision knowing who he was up against again. the word idiot is not a good enough assessment for Rubio's fight plan

Rubio actually thought he could win a decision against Julio Cesar Chavez Sr's son while Sr is ringside on an HBO telecast, Chavez Jr being an HBO fighter? I'm still amazed at the blatant ******ity. Rubio, you're a hard worker but not a hard thinker because if you implied at least a little thought into this you would have known there was no way in this world you were going to win a decision

JCC JR's earth-shattering, kidney-busting body shots would make anyone hesitant to throw w/ conviction.

are you being a smart ass? I hope you are because it's pretty clear that Rubio just thought he could win on points, he didn't ever imply a desperation moment he didn't **** out the way he made it seem like he would. all that crap talked for nothing yo he's Boxing's Carlos Condit except in Boxing when you don't fight to win you LOSE unlike in MMA apparently

To be honest, there was nothing Rubio could do last night. Chavez Jr. has a really great chin and besides that he was smothering Rubio.....the way Bernard Hopkins and Andre Ward smother opponents and not allow them to get off.

If you follow Rubio, then you will notice that he needs distance to land his power shots, and he is the type that needs to outwork his opponents to wear them down.

Kinda hard to do that against a guy with better footwork than you, comes in the size of a cruiserweight, and is in your chest all night constantly going to your body.

BTW, while nobody is bringing this up, even when Rubio hand the space he needed, Chavez Jr. was landing huge right hands and was had Rubio stunned on several occasions.

There was absolutely nothing Rubio could do last night as Chavez Jr style was just all wrong for him.

Why would he be tired. He took mini breaks when he was smothering Rubio, and picked his shots when he needed to.

It's hard to get tired fighting the way Chavez Jr. did and besides, he fought more in a more active style against Duddy and moved a lot more and was never tired in that bout......so why would he be tired fighting the way he did against Rubio?
