I don't think he used steroids, but he did come in as a small cruiseweight

it's not that uncommon for MW's to come in at 180, pavlik did it a few times.

          Beat me to it.

Rubio thinks it was Chavez' strength that moved and bullied him across the ring. It was Juniors extra weight and size advantage, not peds.

rubio didn't show up imo so he shouldn't be talking, take the check and go home. texas is messed up man, but as for chavez and his size in the MW division, i don't think it'll matter if he was to face someone like proksa, quillin, or pirog. @ the thought of chavez/margarito next though.

Sorry, but too late Rubio. If you had this concern, why not bring it up before the fight? He surely knew there would be no testing done, so why not raise the alarm then. Now that he's only bringing it up after he lost comes off as just an excuse.

I believe with Pacquiao vs Clottey & Margarito the WBC (or wbo?) did the drug testing.
The WBO did it for Clottey.

And, Texas did it for for the Margarito fight. Because, they had probable cause when Roach made a fuss about Margarito having/taking hydroxycut. Which was pretty ironic at the time.

But, it was the same whack out of date test that Nevada does.

Isn't Chavez Jr already testing positive for banned substances against Rowland a "probable cause"?
