lol yeah if there's one thing Roach's fighters have it's great defence.

not defending nonito as I have not seen the fight, but was he losing, i seen a lot of comments that he as winning comfortably and should have gotten a unanimous decision instead of the split ....

how much show boating did he do? pac usually raise his hands to tell the crow he aint hurt, margarito shake his head and continue coming forward, lot of guys smile when hit ...

He should have won by UD, I had 116 - 111 but the main problem was that he was tagged all night long by WV2 and that he although on the scorecards he was comfortably winning, he wasn't that comfortable on the fight. I've never seen Nonito before with a swollen face, and I think that the main problem was that he was relying to much on his power, and his power wasn't so great for the 122 division. He landed pretty good on WV2 at some moments, and even though he actually was able to knock him down once he wasn't never close to get the KO. At 118 Nonito was extremely explosive, but it seems that at 122 he's not that great. It was his first fight though, so he can certainly improve at that weight, but tonight I think he wasn't as good as most of us expected he was going to be.

He showboated which was sort of a turn off. He was attacking with both his hands down to lure WV2 who has both his fists covering his head. I think nonito got tired chasing so he put both his hands on his thighs and bended his knees down then up several times like he was shitting LOL.

You're judging his career at 122 based on first fight at that weight against a former champ? I'd rather wait for him to acclimatize at 122 before making a comment.

I edited the last line because I accidentally posted the comment before finishing. I added that he still has room for improvement at this division since this was his first fight at 122, but that I expected more from him.

That is actually not a bad idea. Sr would show him how to move his damn head and not get hit so much.

He needs to learn to wrap his own hands. You'd think he would have learned by now, the guy hurts his hands after every fight, must be doing something wrong with those wraps.
