Usually when there are serious talks it's not broadcasted in the media as they're afraid of jeopardizing the negotiations. This is much more believable than Mayweather. Don't forget Mayweather himself said that he told Pacquiao that 50/50 is not possible, Mayweather said that himself, and that he offered him 40 million flat fee guarantee.
