You seem to forget that Floyd had agreed to 14 days but I guess that's OK with you now that he changed his mind?

You seem to forget that Floyd said all I want is a fair fight (but left out that he also wants way more money lol!)

You seem to forget that Floyd said you are next Manny

As for taking less, that was not while he was negotiating that we heard that. Manny said it to a reporter .... so there was no specific number and terms made therefore no agreement, as you put it ....... furthermore this was BEFORE Manny knew that they had no choice but to fight on May 5th and before Arum met with him and told him about that bigger stadium means more money story. You can or don't need to buy all that but the point is that the dynamics changed since they heard Floyd is going to jail. Therefore, Manny changed his mind ... but for you only Floyd can change his mind, right? What's your point?

This is called negotiations. Arum must have told Manny, you don't start low as you will just get less than that. So Arum spoke to Manny in December and then they went back to 50/50 ....

and for your comment on "oh wait a minute i forgot his cut wouldn't heal in time" ... that came more from Manny haters not the truth. What Arum said was that we still need to verify if the cut is healing well and will be OK for the May 5th fight. Far from what you said!

and you also seem to forget that wen the negotiations came this time around that bob arum and top rank .could not guarantee floyd his purse because he had no promotor and his guarantee had to come from someone else.so floyd decides to give pac a flat fee of 40 million dollars more that he will ever make his biggest purse is around 10 mil and whatever arum decides to give him from the ppv altogether 20 mil tops give or take.so all of a sudden bob can guarantee floyd 50 mil and 50/50. the 40 million was a flat fee for bob not being involved but we all know that bob wont have that and he wants his piece of the cake. so smart move by floyd for not accepting the offer like you said it called business, besides at the end of it all floyd will make twice the money fighting cotto than pacquiao fighting bradley and if you were smart you will save your money and not pay for the pacquiao/bradley fight

So now Arum needed to be Floyd's promoter to get 50/50? That's a new one ... never heard that before!

Look, Arum is Manny's promoter .... and Floyd, well, he said he is his own boss and doesn't need help of investors .... and then had the right to talk to GBP or whoever he wanted.

but all that has nothing to do with the negotiations of wanting or not wanting 50/50. Bottom line, Floyd didn't want to do 50/50 even after Manny accepted OST which was made out to be the deal breaker all along by Floyd, right?

Read carefully son. They tried to get Cotto to come all the way down to 143, that was the first offer. Cotto said no, then they tried to make it at 144 and Cotto said no. They finally agreed on 145 puto.

              • Is Mayweather Sr On Crack Again?!!?

Where do these uneducated Mayweathers come up with their lame theories? 1) Pacquiao is smaller than both Floyd and Cotto! It's okay for Floyd to dictate terms for a fight and yet it's not okay for Manny to do the same? If Pacquiao isn't comfortable going up to 150 or higher is no slight on Pacquiao! It's not like Manny hasnt; he actually did when he beat up Margarito, who on fight night outweighed Manny by 25 pounds or more! You don't see Floyd going up to fight Sergio Martinez or Bernard Hopkins; why is that? 2) Floyd Sr says Manny's excuse for not fighting Floyd Jr is for no 50/50 split. Seriously? Makes no sense; somebody drug test Floyd Sr. Floyd Jr KNEW Manny wouldn't accept anything less than 50/50, which is why Floyd offered 55/45, because he knew that a "NO" answer is what he'd get from Manny and that's the answer he wanted, because Floyd has NEVER wanted to fight Pacquiao. For 3 years Floyd has always had an excuse. His EGO is just that big. He'd rather retire with "0" and never fight Pacquiao no matter what the price tag is. $50M, $75M, $100M. Floyd said "Manny, you take 45%, and I'll take 55%", which got him a "No", and now they say Manny is scared. ******. Manny said 50/50, which is fair. In fact they offered Floyd 55% TO THE WINNER, and Floyd said "NO". All Floyd had to do was agree to 50/50 and adjust to 55% to the winner, and Pacquiao signs on the spot!!! Floyd was scared to do that. Manny agreed to all the drug testing that Floyd claimed before was the sticking point. Floyd does not want the fight because he's the one scared to death of getting his ass knocked out. Tell Floyd Sr to get off the crack pipe, and for Floyd Jr to grow a set of balls.

                  • I thought it was floyd who was scared of Cotto, until Pac beat him.
