    This was Jones Jr's favourite training tool (below)-



    He calls it the "8-bag" (listed as floor-to-ceiling ball).

        wow...very impressive, now thats a hustler..all that hard work by Floyd better pay off and I can see why and how...he says no one trains like he trains and is the hardest worker in the game...B-Hop says the same thing..

        anyone know what Hopkins routine is like??

              I would be very surprised if Floyd only trained 3 days per week. He simply wouldn't have enough endurance to go 12 rounds on those figures.
