This year is shaping up to be a great one for boxing and I do hope this fight becomes a reality.

This is a toss up fight in my honest opinion. I feel as if Khan would win if he were to shoe shine his way to a decision but Ortiz's power may prove to be an overwhelming factor in this fight. Víctor has proven to fit the weight at 147lbs/66.7kg perfectly, we'll just see how Amir handles it.

I would love to see the winner of Maidana vs. Alexander against the winner of this fight [if it happens to materialize].

Damn!!! that would be the best card I can recall seeing if it happened but it wont. Just imagine Cotto/ Ricans May/US Canelo/Mexico Amir/ Brits...Ortiz/ ******s Mosley(prob for Canelo)/ All the retirement homes in America. If only we could throw in some kind of Philipino figure in there like Pac singing before the Main Event/ to bring the Tards.

Every time a Khan fight is made or talked about
every second post is khan will get knocked out and yet it never happens.

Anyway Khan makes Ortiz quit in 7-8 for mine.

After all khan beat a guy that stopped Ortiz and yet it's an easy win for Ortiz?

If Khan made this fight happen I would give him major props. No one would be able to call him a ***** anymore if they were, because all the signs point to Ortiz stampeding him.

Khan will prob take a lesser name boxer in his 1st fight at 47 but if it were to go down Ortiz who quite frankly you never know what you're going to get with that guy would have too much power for Khan who allows his opponents to get to close to him to often easily

Furn, Ortiz beat the guy who just beat Kahn. That logic doesn't work. Ortiz is bigger, faster, stronger than lamont "no power" Peterson. If Lamont can walk down Kahn..imagine Ortiz... Maidana was just too slow to catch a running Kahn. Props to Kahn if he took that fight. Roach won't let it happen though, I'm sure... Just beat the "Khanquerer", get some money, avenged loss, and avenge Peterson and you're better off than ever, one of the few to have beaten his conquerors. Ortiz-Kahn would be better..but Breidis is an investment.
