Those fights happened 3 years ago. So there is no such thing as fine tuning your skillset, learning from fights, and getting better? Once you lose, you're no good anymore, and it's lost forever? How about styles make fights?

You must think Pacquiao has been awful and damaged since 1996.

Now he a slow punching bag. But the man even had some moments vs Pac and his a ***in terrible nightmare for anyone he ever fights bc of his sheer will power and stamina and punch output.

      Difference in 2nd Fight:

      - Margs's nose was busted in round two.

      - Cotto threw with more power, even the commentators noted it, especially with the right.

      - Cotto targeted the damaged eye, taking advantage of his opponents weakness like anyone would.

      - Cotto pushed Margs and used his leverage as the shorter man to negate Marg's power. You true idiots who cannot respect a true throwback fighter like Cotto's skill and courage would never had thought of that game plan.

      - Cotto stood in the pocket and did not give Margs the running space he did in the first fight when getting his with uppercuts. This **** truly had a lot to do with not getting hit with plaster.

      - Cotto bounced right off the ropes. Cotto kept coming with combinations, never looked unable to keep up with Margs. Cotto absolutely SMASHED margs with a two shot body combo and two to the head at the end of the 7th or 8th where Cheato was so stunned that he couldn't even do the signature smile and press forward, he was stunned, literally. ( So yeah, keep telling yourself Margs was gonna run Cotto down those last few rounds, I was also gonna run for president).

Funny **** is, Margs was a ghost looming in Cotto's mind truly a tough fight for anyone bc of the sheer work you have to put in to beat him and now he is a **** head fighter. Of course he is but still, Cotto had gotten pummeled by Pac just like he did. They were both equally ****ed up already, equally. Without the orbital bone problem Margs would have still lost, you sad pathetic haters know it in your hearts.

Dude they know **** about the art of war and combat. You lose, you get better. I hope Cotto humble May and his haters around the world. He has already proved his haters wrong in beating Margs the 2nd time, you dont KNOW how many of them thought Margs was just too tough for him. **** THAT. Cotto only lost to a ****ing cheating scumbag criminal and a ****ing weight draining hoe without a trainer. **** the haters, **** the 'lot of 'em.

That was an impressive list of differences between the 1st and 2nd margarito fights. But how many of those things you listed actually werent part of cotto's gameplan in the 1st fight??? I highly doubt cotto laid on the ropes on purpose in the 1st fight.

So basically he fought the exact same fight but was able to yield better results because margarito's face fell apart.

cotto is my favorite fighter so i may be biased but i dont understand how these aholes hate on cotto so much,, he only fought all the best opposition of his era, win or lose and carried himself like a real man. so what if he lost 2 fights, one was to the so called best fighter on the planet manny pac catchweight , and one to a certified cheater,, cotto avenged his loss to cheato when everyone said margo was gonna make him quit faster this time,, soon as cotto whooped that azz people say margs was shot to shiiiit. i give floyd mad respect for fighting cotto,, at least he's gonna fight cotto at 154 and not at 148 for the jmw belt like manny wanted,,,phuck all the cotto haters, yall could eat a phat dyck and choke on it,,,,,yo soy boricua

This will be a good fight!
When Cotto fought many @145 wasn't really forced to go down as some people might think. Before he fight Pac. Cotto fought margarita @ 146 during their weigh-in. So it was a pound less. So saying it's that significant is farce.

Cotto is more of a welterweight than a 154 fighter. These days his 154 lbs because of old age the gets bigger but nit actually better.

The version of cotto now is a used up jalopy almost about to run out of mile age. He ain't the same as 4 years ago. This version who got beaten up twice will always have the ghost of margarita and Pacquiao. He can never be the same. He may look brand new but deep inside he is rusting.

He is cashing out. Good for him. But to Floyd we all know he just cherry picked cotto coz he is ripe for the picking. This fight should have been done 4 years ago.

It will be exciting while it last but we all know who will win here. UD for sure. Beating up a used up car ain't gonna help Floyd's legacy.

He could have earned 50- 100 mill but instead went for a cheaper pay day with a sure fighter he can beat.

Always said that Cotto was an underrated win for Pacquiao, always said that I wouldn't have a problem with a rematch. So I don't think I'm hypocritical in having no problems with Mayweather fighting him at 154lbs.

                    SMH at this d1ck rider.

If Pacquiao vs Cotto II was made, regardless of weight class, your b1tch @ss would be the first calling it a disgrace to boxing/another cherry pick.

You flip-flopping ****s kill me with this non-sense.
