Will it happen?, maybe after Pac, sometime next year.
No, it won't happen because Floyd wants to drain him to the point of death. If they fought at 154, Martinez beats the breaks off of Floyd.

The guy got ko'd by margarito and fights with his hands down.

What do you think will happen to Martinez if he fights the most accurate puncher in boxing history with his hands down?
Keep hoping that he fights with his hands down.....plus he was on his 16th fight period, no amateur career at all, started boxing at 21 from scratch. Why does Floyd complain about Pac's catch weights but think it's a good idea to face Martinez at 150? I'll tell you why, because he knows that's the only chance he has in the world of beating him.

Floyd could have manned up and fought Williams when he was at the top but he ducked him instead to fight JMM...........at a catchweight none the less.

Would be cool if Floyd just goes all out and fights Martinez at 155-160. Every body says 150 is whack and they prefer 154, so if Floyd decides to fight Sergio at above 154, that's a anti-Pac catchweight, where Floyd would be in a catchweight where his opponent has the advantage instead of the other way around. But, 154 is perfect though, above 154 would be epic-Floyd.

I might be confusing you with some one else, but I thought you were okay with Mayweather-Martinez at 150.

There's no way that Floyd loses to someone who was outboxed for 6 rounds against Darren Barker, it's an easier fight than Cotto for Floyd.

It better happen at 154lbs. There is not any justification otherwise.

No. Can't see Martinez going that low nor Floyd moving up to fight him.

1.when has Floyd EVER EVER EVER made someone come in to a fight "drained to the pont of death"
2.Did Martinez not offer to come in at 150 himself?
3.I also think the fight should be at 154
4.Floyd beats Martinez at 154 I will take all your points if that fight is made.

Why is it that poster like mathed, who are genuinely good posters on NSB turn to complete **** when they talk about Floyd? Why does he bring the hatred out of you guys so much? I just don't get it.

I sincerely doubt that'd be the case. Floyd wouldn't do that, I would be in shock otherwise.
