That is such a misconception, you don't go 40-0 against good opposition and never get stopped if you have a bad chin. He was put down alot because of his punching technique and how he would put so much leverage into his shots so when he missed he was off balance and prone to flash kds.

He beat Paul Williams( power dummy) AND Kelly Pavlik( abuse issues) Even in winning against those two names, he was challenged. In the first fight wilth Williams and against Pavlik. He even managed to lose to Margacheeto! Get real. Tito would have tore Cheeto apart with loaded gloves! I'd like to see this dude fight Kirkland or Vanes or anyone at 168 to stake his claim.
