No, the question has been asked as of late "who poses more of a threat; Bradley to Pac, or Canelo to Mayweather".
No one is saying that they think Canelo will win. What they're saying is "if they had to choose", Canelo poses more of a threat to Mayweather, than Bradley does to Pac, even though Bradley is the more proven fighter.
I don't think its to much to ask for a fighter to prove his worth before he is able to receive the biggest pay days available in boxing.
Again Alvarez is imo the more dangerous like I stated I don't think either stand a realistic chance and although Bradley is the better fighter of the two, Alvarez at least has a small punchers chance Bradley doesn't even posses that.
EVeryone has a puncher's chance. But gauging from their last fights, opinions may vary.
Notice 90% of the boxing world sayin' Pac will bludgeon Marquez, and we all knew that didn't happen and Marquez gave Pac hell despite the odds and JMM's advanced age.
Now it's not far fetched to think about Pac last performance and moving forward to his next fight possibly against someone like Bradley, and you'd also think that if Pac will be performing the same as the JMM fight then he would lose, ain't it?
Now it's different with Floyd, his style will always be above par a style against someone like Canelo, regardless of size and age.

Bradley has proven his worth though. Alvarez has not. Bradley fighting Pac, is around the same thing as Hatton fighting Floyd. If you hate that Hatton-Floyd fight, then you should hate this one as well. If you liked that fight there is no reason not to like this fight. If you were in the in-between hating and liking that fight. Then more than like you will feel the same for Pac-Bradley.
Bradley is not only the better fighter than Alvarez but also has more of a realistic chance in beating Pac than Canelo beating Floyd. Alvarez doesn't even posses a punchers chance against Floyd. Floyd isn't shot like Baldomir, or weak minded shot like Cintron, and he is overall way better than Gomez. We saw how a shot to pieces fighter like Mosley made Pac look. And, Mosley isn't a high intelligent boxer nor is he a pure boxer. But, just with the right game plan and style it can make it interesting.

Of course not everyone has a punchers chance in boxing and this is one of those cases if you honestly think 12K.O Bradley a guy who cant K.O C level fighters has a punchers chance against Pac I really don't know what to say to you.
JMM is a far superior boxer to Tim Bradley even at this advanced stage in his career so im not going to use the last JMM fight as a gauge.
This is going around in circles I will agree to disagree. Neither guy has a realistic chance of victory in my eyes but Alvarez at least has a slight punchers chance.
Why can't you believe it? A lot of the posters that voted for Canelo -not all but most- are extremist Floyd fans. They're just as bad as the extremist Pac fans.

I always thought the extreme *******s out numbered the extreme Floydist. And then their is a fair number of neutral fans. I was expecting more like 70/30.

Now while I agree with damn near everything in this post, I believe that Bradley is a better fight for Manny than Hatton was for Floyd. Bradley looked superb in his 1st fight at 147. Not that Abregu is any Collazo, however he dominated that guy. Hatton got a gift IMO. It clearly showed he didn't belong.

Hattons resume at 140 was a lot better than Bradley's and to me that shouldn't even be up for debate. Hatton had a buzz around him at the time people where calling for Hatton vs Floyd no one is calling for Pac vs Bradley that's a weak comparison on your part imo.
I also don't understand why you are bringing up the Mosley vs Pac fight he didn't come to win he didn't want to engage he went there with the soul purpose of survival. It is next to impossible to look good against a guy with that mindset.
However shot to **** Mosley as you described him did wobble Floyd which leads me to think Alvarez at least has a slight punchers chance all be it tiny somthing Bradley doesn't have.
Now here's an idea why don't boxing fans stop splitting hairs and voice feelings of rejection towards these two crappy fights then maybe we could get to see the fight that people actually want.

Hey no problem if you think that way. Canelo will give Floyd problems...
