All his fights are GBPs. Just like Pacquaio's are TR. Neither guy is willing to do business.
      good talk, bro

        What a CROCK!!!

That's a lie from the pit of hell. I think by now everyone seems to be hip to Uncle Bob's game. If you aren't, then here's what it is. Bob Arum likes to use the potential fight with Floyd as a way to generate more interest in Pac's upcoming fight. Even if it's a fight that the public knows it's a crap fight, they'll still pay to get a glimpse of the fighter who the media has ordained as the fighter who'll defeat Floyd Mayweather. November will come around and there will be more excuses. Bob's using Floyd to sell Pacquiao. If he wasn't, they'd have fought already.

Cotto's no longer tied to Top Rank or has an actual working contract. He can negotiate w/ anyone (as he has been the last 2 weeks). On top of that, Floyd sees $$$ with Cotto being he brings a big fanbase and is a proven seller on PPV. Canelo's still a young kid. What's the rush throwing him into the Lion's Den already?

Can't see it since he's going to jail. People are assuming Mayweather will actually get out in time to train. There are no issues with May 5th, and I can't argue with Pac's wishes. It's too bad Bob Arum has an agenda.

I wouldn't be mad at either match up if it's ultimately leading to a Nov showdown.

                November comes.

Bob Arum: "We want to do the fight in February on Superbowl weekend. We are not going to be tied down to the November date. Yesterday I was lying. Today I'm telling the truth."

I'd say it's not enough time if Floyd does the full sentence, but at least from my perspective I think he may only do half, which will be more than enough time to promote and train for the fight.

Everyone knows Mexicans are the biggest fan base in boxing and the US. Canelo is a superstar in Mexico and millions of people watch his fights back home in Mexico. Floyd knows he can do some numbers with Canelo.
